I'm assuming you're tapping on the sea to try filling it up. You cannot fill it with salty sea water. YUK! You need to take it to some fresh water, the stream for example. Tap the water and then you'll have the option to fill up the bottle.

Hi I am sorry but I do not wear to get the bottle but there is a stream the color is brown and you fill it up there. (there will be an option)
