Zucchini's, aka Courgette's, grown in the island 'garden'.
At the place where the Object Crafting Rock, there's an arrow pointing to the area behind it. This would be the garden (it's where you found a Treasure Map Piece). A Zucchini can be found growing on one of the bushes to the right.
HOWEVER, at the beginning of the game the Zucchini Plant is withered and needs watering before anything will grow on it!
If, per chance, you chopped down the plant before you discovered what it was, you'll have to trade with Ms. Weeder for a Zucchini Seed and plant it.
