Get the seeds from Gardener and grow them.

you will find some growing on the other island were the clothing rock is but you need a knife to harvast it.

You have to help her get the mangos first then she'll let you trade with her then you trade a flint(a type of rock you can find while digging)and a palm fronds for the bamboo seeds the plant it somewhere
