HELP ME
How do I get the stupid gardner lady to give me the seeds whenever I click on her it says offer help gift or talk there is no trade button!!!

Just talk to her, or give her gifts. When the friendship bar goes above half way (it goes green), she will trade then.

Oh, sorry, I forgot to say, if her bar IS above half way, then do ALL her quests. After you do them all, she says she has all the seeds on the island and she is willing to trade with you.

I have the same problem with trading and the friendship bar is nearly full but can't complete the help for mrs weeder because she wants the mangos how do I get to trade with her.
