Chef Butcher's fire
How do I get the metal pole to make Chef Butcher's fire. I have been playing for soooo long and can't seem to ever receive it in the items washed up to shore? Please help. Thanks!

The woman on the small island to the left gives it to you when you make her the flag pole. It doesn't wash up on shore.
