How do I build a watering tool for Mrs. Weeders plants??????

I have several coconuts but I have no clue what to do with them. I have gone to the crafting rock several times but I don't even have a template for a watering tool. I know that I need a gas can later in the game for a watering can, but what the heck do I do in the meantime?

Hi you go to the crafting rock and look at blue prints half a coconut and handel.
