stripped bass

Please help I need to catch the stripped bass so that I can trade the doctor for the material to mend suzy's top but I can't catch them anywhere and I have been trying for days. Please any tips on when and where to catch them will be helpful.

It is both day and night use the fishing spear it is not in the ocean but in a pond it has a water fall, to it's right there is a vine. Hope I helped
