third piece of the map

I got the third piece of the map and it says to explore more of the island now, but I can't seem to get to any place that I already have been to.
Im really stuck, I can't help any more castaways becuse I got them everything. Now imjust working on getting more stuffto trade, but like I said I'm stuck can't find more or the island.....HELP

I'm 87% complete and pretty much in the same situation as you. I only have 3 islands to walk around on. I'm trying to get all the seeds and thats about it
