How to make Chef happy
I keep giving chef the pepper but he is still mad at me. Do I have to give him the puffer fish first?

Give him eggs or zuccinni to help his attitude then once he is happy (green bar) then give him the peppers

i gave him eggs but he's still madcharmedprincess answered:
1st-Give Him a Zuccini or eggs until his mood meter turns from red to green
2nd-Try talking to him
3rd-When He's Cheerful again try to give him the chillies
