Hammer Head

I'm really stuck on the bit where I need a hammer, I've read most of the other answers to questions but everyone just says that you probably already have the hammer head. Where do you find it????? Please help, Thanks!!

To get the hammer, you need a vine, a rock and the hammer handle which is given to you from dr. Feelgood. To get it, trade one with her for a pufferfish, a green bug, a jade bug and a fuchsia bug.

you have to trade with dr.feegood and get your hammer head and find a rock to use
