how do i get the palm fronds?

I'm trying to get the palm fronds to upgrade my shelter, I think I got them before for the mcdress lady but I forgot where to get them. Please Help!!! Thank you

Hi, you can get them from the sea (the box that drifts up on the beach) or if you have the axe, cut down a tree and you'll get a log and a palm frond. Hope this helps!!

Not for her no but I think you have to get them by chopping down trees with a axe that you have. Hope this helps.
