THE HAMMER???WHEN???

I am hving a very hard time because Dr.Feelgood is not offering the hammer handle to me. Also I have no idea where and how to get the blowfish?

I don't know why she wont give you it, maybe she's the wrong person. As for the blowfish, I caught one at night. Hope I helped
