Where can you find pufferfish?

I got the sims 2 castaway for christmas it's really great but I can't seem to get any further. I need to find a pufferfish so I can progress a bit further does anybody know where to find them. Also, if anyone knows how to make a fishing rod I would be greatful if you told me.

Well Im not that much further but finsh and fish and after awhile you will catch a puffer fish!

Go fishing during the day at the area where you climb up the rock slide. On the map it looks like a wall with an upward arrow next to it :D

Also the puffer fish looks like a cat fish without the funny swimmy pattern
