Cut down the vines north of Dr Feelgood. (You will need to have made the hatchet for this). The vines turn into dry undergrowth in your inventory automatically.

go to where dr.feelgood is and cut down the vines with the hatchet then you will get the dry undergrowth Smile or forage the little tree after the arrow by ms. weeder!!
