Pufferfish

Im tryin to find the pufferfish. I looked at the cliff under the doctor when the sun was full but that didnt workk. Is there any where else to get it ?? And wheres the knife ?? Thanks for any help

You can find the pufferfish where you washed up at the beggining of the game use your spear
