I have just got the simpsons game and still at the very beginning stage. I am in the natural museum where the skeleton is however I get bart up to the top and then he gets locked in. It says that I have to use the sling shot to shoot the target when the lights are on. However I am blocked in and there is no way that I can get out.

Ithink that woud be a glitch
Just restart the game, everything should go back to normal
Shoot the bully and he will disappear when the targets you are supposed to shoot pop up. Repeat and you will pass the level.
Hint: Jump a bit on the way around to avoid being hit.
