How do you catch the air in the Mexico portion of Around the World in 80 Bites? I fight Moe and try to use the Bartman Cape Glide to get the the chimney, but I cannot get close enough to catch the smoke to fly up and get any further in the game.

Their is a string that bartman can use to get on the roof, however I do not know how to use.
You can glide over where otto is after pulling the switch. Just be closer to the edge.
