I am stuck right at the beginning. I need to get the last bottle cap for homer but using the helium it doesetn seem to give me enough steam to make it all the way to the cap...any help???

When you start the level there is a barrel don't destroy it with bart go past it and do whatever. When your homer jump on the barrel and get the bottle top.
