I am realy stuck. I have got the cyclone slate and the mermaid but I don't know what to do next please someone help me

Try going back to the temple of the ocean kng,if you already did and you have the crest on your map,get the salvage arm from eddo and use it there.Then go open the door with the sun on it on Molida island.Proceed to the temple of courage.
