You have to bomb a wall kind of near there. The blue light from that face will shine there if you point it the right way. If you don't get what wall, go through the cave near the Temple of the Ocean King. Shoot the eye with an arrow. Go through the bridge outside. Shoot the eye outside. A face will come up. Tap it and shine it northwest. Bomb the wall it is pointing at. Go through the cave and you're at a trading place, where you can exchange treasures with your friends. I hope this helps!
