First you have to hit the switch in the corner where the phantom looks south, then you have to pull the switch whear the phantom was standing, then hit the switch to the left of the 2nd one. After that go throgh the part where there use to be fire, go to the part with more fire and use your boomerang to hit the switch. Go to the 2nd base and wait for that phantom to walk away. Stand on the switch and use your boomerang to get the key. Then go to the door and open it. (sorry for the long answer!)
