Goron island

After when you beat goron island where do you go in the Ocean Temple how do you get to the floor to get the North West seachart?

Well you know where you had to put those blocks in yeah well you gotta put them in a specific order and then the ground will shake and exit the room where you got the last seachart at and you will be on a different floor hope I helped
