Ocean Temple

I am stuck at the part where you have to step on the switch then use your boomerang to get the small key. Either there is no key or I can't reach that far. PLZ help

Well did you pull the leaver behind the phantom or light the two torches? Do anything that there is like fire the two torches or pull two leavers
