Ok ill help you out as much as I can, but all I remember right now is that 1 time you had to draw the triangle, and another time you have to draw an hourglass shape.
1) I hope I'm thinking about the same door
2) if I remember anymore ill write the rest
This is what one of the symbols should look like (i hope it turns out, srry if it doesnt)

It's an image of the TRIFORCE. If you know what the tri force pattern looks like, Its the three triangles two on the bottom one on the top... It's on all zelda things.
If you want to see what it looks like, there is a chart on the wall of Zauz's house (hes the guy who forges swords, and his island is an uncharted island in the far north part of the north-western sea.
Look on Zauz'a wall and there will be a sign on the wall showing the pattern to you.
Good luck!
Oh, and the triangle pattern for the south eastern chart is an image of the hourglass itself. Just thought you might like to know (obviously the other is an image of the triforce, but it's actually hard to find out if you don't go exploring the sea a bit.
Do we go on the gold teleporter or we do it again for zelda phantom hourglass
To get the Northeastern Sea Chart you go past the red door and where there are the 3 shaped crystals (circle, square, triangle) you have to place them down in a specific order to move on (1st spuare, then circle, then triangle)
