How do you get to the upper part of the Isle of Gust? I am stuck and I need a lot of help...

As I don't know which bit you mean I can't help but go to the walkthroughs.
You have to "ride the wind", which just means that you jump when the wind is at your back and you can jump a little further. So you to the eastern end of those little "islands" at the bottom and when you are at the top level (just east of the cave entrance) you face west and do a run and jump when the wind blows to get to the next little raised area, then you have to walk against the wind a little to stay on there until the wind dies down and you can get yourself in postiion and facing the right direction for the next jump. Than second jump takes you to a place where you can get to the rest of the island.

Also wanted to add, you need to have all or almost all of your hearts to make the jumps.
