Question for The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

I have the game gudie,but I am still stuck. Im at the Temple of the Ocean king ,the second time.Basement floor number 2. The gudie says to stand on the pessure switch to lower the spikes, and toss the boomerang in and nab the key.
Well ,the key is not there. Please Help.

You have to hit the two round switches and the key appear but falling down!

If you already have the bomb-bag go staight forward and put a bomb at the wall and go back to the safe spot.

As soon as you entered the floor there should be a knight to the east guarding a switch that you need to pool. Go south to the end were you put the bomb, turn east, there should be an orb, hit it with the sword. The guard will come towards you, run back towards the entrance and then turn east were the night was. Pull the switch, keep going east, there should be an orb next to a pile of bones, hit it and the key should apear.

If you placed the bomb go through the gap and to the safe-spot. There should be a switch, step on it and from there use the bumerang to get the key. Now just go back through the gap and east to the locked door.
P.S. If you don't have the bombs just go around to the key and to the locked door.
