Mercay small island
How do I get to the small island by mercay and what do I need to do with the statue with the lightbeam coming out of it .please help me x

You need to point it to the door of the temple. There are three statues.

Ok here's what you need to do...
Read the little tombstone near the cave that you exited to get to the statue. It says to shine the light near where it intersects with the Ocean Temple. Allign it parallel to it, and it should hit a rock wall. All you need to do is throw a bomb to where it lands, and it should open up a hidden cave.
