On Glacier 6-4 there is a Toad captured in ice. The path leading to him is very narrow and it looks like you have to slide and crouch but we keep getting forced back. Any ideas?

You must use your cry/sad vibe and cry directly onto the ground. The ground will freeze and your can slide farther. But at this particular point you must use the turtle that is walking near by and throw him in his shell through the slots and bust the toad!
What you do is use the blue vibe to freeze the platform and then try sliding! ;)
