where is the puzzle piece A12? is there a pattern of where the puzzle pieces are or are they in random places?

Puzzle A-Piece 12 is located in Hoo's Wood 2-5. On the first screen, there is an upside down pipe. To get in the pipe, stand on the very edge of the dry land and jump up holding the up and left button down. Will probably take a couple tries. Once on the new screen, walk right, use the gloom vibe to run across the blue donuts and jump over the enemies. At the end of this you will find another pipe, on the other side of it you will find a toad and below the pipe (not going into it, it won't let you) is the puzzle piece. Go back through the pipe you came in to get back to the game. I'm really not sure if there is a set pattern for the puzzle pieces.
If this helps. The puzzels are usually located near a toad that you need to save.
I have been looking for puzzle D peice 12 but I cannot find it any where!! Help!!
