Snow mans land is like shifting sand land. in other words it is in a wall. in the mirror room on the second floor,if you turn to the right when you enter the mirror room you will see a picture of a snow man in the mirror. Just run and jump into the wall beside the picture.

Snowmans Land is in the mirrior on the second floor where you save Luigi but it is like the sand level and it is on the left when you enter!!
