Question for Super Mario 64 DS

How I get to Big Boos Haunt? I've tried to get the ghost as I was told, but how do I defeat it? Also, I am having trouble completing the Lost Penguin star. I have managed to pick it up, as being mario, but is there a quick way, I keep falling off the mountain as I slide.

I only have an answer to your first question. (sorry) To defeat the ghosts all you have to do is attack it from behind. (when it's not invisible) Then this cage thing will fall out. Walk up to it and he will automaticly jump in. Hope I helped, and Happy Easter!

To hit a ghost you will need Mario, Wario or Luigi (You can't use yoshi to eat ghosts, because you can't eat ghosts). Big Boos Haunt (also course 5) is found in the backyard in a bigger boo than the others, he should have a cage, which is course 5.

Lost Penguin. Either practise getting down the mountain (which you probably need to do if you want to complete the mission with rejoining a body with the head) or grab the penguin and go to the broken bridge and disappear and appear on the bottom of the mountain (you need to move around a bit and stop for at least 5 secounds to be able to disappear). If this doesn't work (Havn't tried because I did it sliding down the mountain and I only found out this out on another star).

Gamezilla answered:

When it's behind you do a backflip over it and ground pound it.
