Hey, I just got this game yesterday so I'm new with it. I only have 6 stars and I would like to know when you get Mario, because truthfully, I'm sick of playing as Yoshi already! Please answer ASAP!!! Thanks for those who answer...

Get 2 more stars so you have 8 stars.Go into the switching room,go through the center door and into the 8 star door.Jump into the mario picture and find the goomboos and swallow the goombas at him a couple times and there you go.
I'm sure it is how you get mario because I am mostly finished the game.Just need to get the rest of the stars.
Hi. You should read this cheat while you play, but that is just a suggestion. You get two more power stars, then go to the room that has Mario, Luigi, and Wario doors. Then go to the door ahead. I think there's a Toad inside the door that says something like, '' Oh,no! Princess Peach will chew me up because I lost the keys to the Mini Game drawers! Will you find the keys?.
'' I think he said that. (Don't look for the rabbits with keys yet, at least until you find Mario.) Anyway, go to the door that has an ''8'' on it. Go to the big painting of Mario. There you will find a BIG forest. There you'll find some kind of purple poison stuff that hurts you if you go in it. Jump over to the place that has th Lakitu.
(flying Koopa in a cloud that wears goggles and throws spinys.)Climb the pole, and jump off at the top. Get the red coin on a stubby branch.(If you lost any health, you'll need it for the following directions.)Next, cross the bridge with Goombas on it. Then, pass the Pirana Plants that I think are there. Finally comes that part where you get Mario! So jump in the hole in the top of the tree.
You'll see a HUGE Goomba (Goomboss) and then you will battle him.(careful of the said purple poison in the middle of the log where you fight) I'll tell you how to beat him as Yoshi. He, um, ''GASES'' out little Goombas out of his backside.
(If you know what I mean.) You lick 'em up, and press R and make it an egg. Wait until he comes around to you, then press A to throw the egg at his FACE. And aim carefully so it does not hit a little Goomba. Hit him three times and he explodes into a bunch of goombas that disapper and you get the Mario key.
Just get it, and Yoshi will jump out, and you will go to the Mario, Luigi, and Wario room. Walk up to the Mario door. Then, um, hold on. DRUMROLL, PLEASE!!!!! Tatatatatatatatatatatatatat. Here he comes, Mr. Nintendo himself!!! ''Yahooooo! MARIO!!!!!''
He tips his hat to you and the game gives a discription of him. Now you can play as Mario. Hope you like this info, because this took me about an hour to wr, hrm, type. So, I hope you like it!!!!!!!!!!!!
