Is there something on the roof?

So I go outback to Where the big Boo is and I read a sign about wall jumping, so is there like something secret on the roof?

In the front of the castle you can get on the roof to meet Yoshi who gives you 99 lives and there's also a wing cap box up there. In order to meet Yoshi you have to use the cannon by the lake but that's only accessible once you collect all the stars. In the back of the castle, right above the door when you play as Luigi, there's a bunny up there that you catch. I'm pretty sure no wall jumps needed back there, just informing that you can do wall jumps. You'll need to do wall jumps in some parts in some of the levels.
