You must first collect 14 or 15 stars. Then you go to the main hall. If you have done this you may see a beam of light, shining on the sun carpet. Look up to the ceiling, you will be transferred to the level with the power flower switch. Activate the switch. After you have done this, go rescue wario. For this, you must defeat the second bowser, go (with luigi) to the first floor, then to the room with the big mirror. If you look to the right you see a portrait of wario. Touch a power flower with luigi and walk through the mirror. Jump into the portrait and defeat chief chilly.
Then if you touch a power flower with wario, he'll turn into metal wario.
