Question for Super Mario 64 DS

If the
" ? " Switch is at the top of the tower does that mean you need 150 stars for the canon or do you fly ?


P.S if you do fly how do you do it without pressing the " ? " Switch

You have to step on the sun thing in the lobby and transport to the Wing Cap Tower. Be Mario to do this. If not, you'll fall downward. You don't need 150 stars. Get 10 stars in the order of their mission number(example:Mario's Famous Wall Kick: It would say the number over the star you chose.). Also, you can't fly in the air without the wings. You can't get it with Yoshi, but with Mario you can. All the ten stars don't have to be from the same place. Get 7 or 8 from one place, and just get 2 or 3 from another. You still have to get each star in order though. Hint: The reason I said 8 stars was because there's another one you can get at each painting. Collect 100 coins to get a star. Plus, if your at the Goomboss Battle area, you can get an extra star not by collecting 100 stars(you can get a star that way though(I think)). You can go to the secret switch near the big vertical mountain surrounded by something red. It's a secret star switch. Do Mario's famous Wall Kick to the top of the mountain. But you'll need to rescue Mario first. Hope it helps dude.
