Eventually, you will see a light shining down on the circle in front of the door inside Peach's castle. Look up and you will be taken to a part of the castle in the sky. You will also see a button. Ground-slam on it and you will be able to hit the ? Boxes.

Stay still look doan at the toach screen and wait like 3 seconds then groand poand then there it is.
