Question for Super Mario 64 DS

On super Mario 64 dsi. I've only gotten 123 stars but I can't find anymore what should I do? And to activate the cannon that is outside the castle what do I have to do?

Ther are spetel stars hidden in the castel. Find them all and you will have 150 stars. Then the canon is acterated

I got 143 stars and I need 7 more to unlockthe cannon I knew one thiing go to bowser levels and collect the red coin Smile
