You have to go in the castle go through the wooden doors down the stairs there should be a door down in the basement that is raised up go in it it will be full of water swim to the other side there will be two pillars sticking out of the water ground pound them and the water will go down go out the door and the water will be gone

In the main lobby, the 1s tfloor go through one of the plain brown doors to the side of the stairs, go down the stairs through the double doors, through the corridoor and through the door with no star. Keep going untill you find 2 (I think maybe 4) square pillars, bum drop on them (b+R) and there you go.
