Does anyone know how high leveled you can get?And does anyone know how to use the Ride-Your-Wolf-Anywhere glitch?

To ride the wolf on water and stuff mount it on the edge of the screen. Don't know the other one but ill check.
I'm at level 99 but it wont let me go any higher, so thats probably it.
