Do the red, orange, and yellow grasses do anything or should I just sell them all? Also, what do bamboo sprouts do?

The bamboo shoot I have no clue what they're for,you should save green,yellow,green,and blue plants for when you get a house expansion and you do Pharmacy.

bamboo shoot is use to give the villager to increased fp during harvesting festival
