How do I upgrade my axe or get tools that can get all the tree stumps out uf my yard? I also need hammers and stuff.

Go talk to Leo the Blacksmith during store hours. You'll need money, a tool, and material (iron, silver, gold, etc).You can get the tools by talking to the townspeople.
