Question for Resident Evil: Deadly Silence

I'm playing as Chris and standard mode on resident evil director's cut and I've come to a halt I did the puzzle just as I've done before but at the end it says there's a message " give me the Peace of death and I'll give you the joy of life " ( instead of opening up the picture and giving me the crest )??? Can anyone help me
