How can I get an egg from the "world"?

How can I get an egg from the "world"?
Hopefully I'm not confusing, I remember there was a website that I changed some wifi settings on the DS to that websites DNS settings I think, then I would go to the big globe in game and get the Pokemon that I chose from the website. Any one know that website or can help me out with this?

Well, I know they shut down practically all of the internet interactions with the DS, including all internet interactions for DS Pokemon games, so anything having to do with the internet for Pokemon games on the original DS doesn't work anymore. It's very sad but true.
