You can get two Masterballs within the game. You receive one from Professor Juniper after you obtain the Eighth Gym Badge, and another from the man in the Castelia City Pokemon Center after you have made a certain number of trades.
Besides those two Masterballs, you can obtain more by an AR Code or by Trade.
Hope this helps!
Well what I heard was that if you defeat the Elite 4 you can get the master poke balls, but that also includes leader N depending on the game.I'm not 100./. Sure but I think that includes Pokemon pearl, diamond, platinum, and the other Pokemon games too.You can also get one from Professor Juniper and in the Castelia city when you get to the poke mart.
Hope I helped LOTS!!
You can get master balls from the guy in the black shirt in Castelia City at the Pokemon center and you get one from professor Jupiter after you beat the eighth gym leader .
U can get premier balls if you get ten or more regular poke balls at a time
There's a thing called Pokegen that you can use to get of the 600+ Pokemon (via GTS) into your game. I gave all of mine items like Master Balls and key items too.

If you beat Ghestis and go to the old Team Plasma base with the ship, you will find Colress in the last chamber and if you successfully beat him, he will give you a third masterball!!
