While it is showing Zekrom on the title screen hold up 'B' select. It should say 'Delete all saved data?'.

You'll first need to go to the main screen of the game where it's asking you if you want to start the game file. Once there, hold down "Up", "Select", and "B" at the same time. After you do that, it should give you the option to delete your saved game data. Delete it, and you'll be able to start a new game.
