Zorua - You receive it as a gift in Castelia City.
Celebi - You have to use PokeTransfer or the Dream World.

U will get a zorua after you get celebi from old games (poke transfer)
And other places like dreamworld I'm not sure if it makes a differrence of japanese and english celebi and I'm not sure if the ................shiny form celebi (japenese) works for the english version of white and I'm nt sure even if the shiny celebis work because for me it real does'nt.
