You can find Ralts in the White Forest. If not there, you can trade or Poke Transfer for one.

It's not in white forest. U need to trade from silver or gold

You have to know someone with black if you have white if you have black you need to know someone with white
Have the person with white invite someone into white forest the person has to have gallade/garvevoir her name is lena ralts can then be found in white forsest

I have been playing Pokémon white version 2 and I caught a ralts on route 6 and I wanted a fresh start so I am playing Pokémon black version 2 and I can find a ralts and I really want one but I have been searching and people are saying you have to trade from either a person or npc but it just confuses me on how I have one without trading
