Short of finding someone with 999 Pokemon and trading over those 999 Pokemon one by one while having every one equipped with a Rare Candy, there is no way.

I have traded 999 candies but it took about a month and 2 weeks to get them over with about 6 hours of trading a day.

You can transfer your Pokemon from ss hg plat pearl or dia versions whilst they are holding rare candies

Get the shiny zoruark in giant chasm and 555 rare candies will apear in your bag

You could try useing lillipup or any evolved form of him and use his pick up ability but it's super rare! Every time mine used it it was an escape rope!
