If your Party is Full and you catch a Pokemon, the Pokemon is sent to the PC. You can access these Pokemon by using the PC in any Pokemon Center.

It goes to the PC. To acsess it go to the computers in the Pokemon centers and click somones pc

To access the storage system where you can store your Pokémon, go to the Pokémon Center and access the PC. Go to SOMEONE'S PC and click on MOVE POKÉMON. The screen shows the Pokémon you have caught but are not in your party.
