How do you get all the legendary Pokemon in soul silver at mt silver?

There are 12 Legendary Pokemon you can find in Pokemon SoulSilver. However, there is only one Legend in Mt. Silver.

Moltres - Is the only Pokemon found in Mt.Silver. It can be found on the First Floor of Mt.Silver.

Zapdos - Can be found outside the Power Plant after you have Sixteen Gym Badges.

Articuno - Can be found deep inside Seafoam Islands after you have Sixteen Gym Badges.

Mewtwo - Can be found deep inside Cerulean Cave.

Raikou - Can be found roaming Johto.

Entei - Can be found roaming Johto.

Suicune - Can be found on Route 25, if you have followed it correctly.

Latios - Can be found roaming Kanto after you have talked with Steven Stone in Vermillion City.

Groudon - Can be found in the Embedded Tower.

Rayquaza - Can be found in the Embedded Tower, if you have a Kyogre and Groudon, that were obtain in the Embedded Tower, in your Party.

Lugia - Can be found deep inside Whirl Islands after you defeat the Kimono Girls.

Ho-Oh - Can be found at the top of Bell Tower after you obtain the Rainbow Wing from the elderly man in Pewter City.

The only legendary Pokemon in Mt. Silver is Moltres. You need Rock Climb (and most likely Strength and Rock Smash) to get to it.

I heard that you can find all the legendary Pokemon in mt. Silver!You must find 2 persons(I can't remember their names) who have all their Pokemon 100 level.you must defeat them and then professor oak gives you tortuig,chimchar or piplup.Then you can talk to people around the region and then go to mt.silver and find all the legendary Pokemon !dialga,palkia,arceus,girratina,uxie,azelf,mersprit, deoxys and many other Pokemon!

That's proboly because it's an action replay code cause I tried it.

Look on youtube for Mt. Silver Cave is Full of Legendary Pokemon then read some comments. That should help you out.

There are no such things as 100Lv Trainers.All of these things you saw and believe they exist is because of ActionReplay.Probably you've seen other videos of people passing through the shut door that every single Pokemon has.There is always a house with a sealed door that you cannot open.And it's just that,a sealed door that nobody can open because GameFreak likes trolling us.Plus,since someone used the ActionReplay,if he doesn't deactivate it's effects,they will always be active..Like hunting 99Lv Pokemon in the first bush you see outside your hometown or whatever.Liars liars liars everywhere.Don't believe everything you see,think about it before believing in something so obviously fake.

Algo arceus is in the game and You get him in an event.
